2021/04/20NewTrek Systems Limited & NewTrek Big Data Limited won Triple Gold Award and the Most Recognised Designer Holder and Gold Award respectively in 2020/21
We are most happy to announce that the www.newTrek.com.hk website of NewTrek Systems Limited has been awarded the “Triple Gold Award” and “the Recognised Designer Holder” under the “Web Accessibility Recognition Scheme (WARS) 2020-2021” organized by the Hong Kong Internet Registration Limited (HKIRC) and the Office of the Chief Technology Officer (OGCIO). The first award is to recognise that the NewTrek Systems website has won the Gold Award for three (3) consecutive years since 2018.
We are also pleased to announce that the bigdata.newTrek.com.hk website of NewTrek Big Data Systems Limited a sister company of NewTrek System Limited has been awarded the “Gold Award” under the “Web Accessibility Recognition Scheme (WARS) 2020-2021” organized by the Hong Kong Internet Registration Limited (HKIRC) and the Office of the Chief Technology Officer (OGCIO). The award is to recognise that the NewTrek Big Data website is accessible and friendly to different community groups, thus contributing to a more caring and inclusive society.
The Web Accessibility Recognition Scheme is meant to encourage local enterprises and organizations to adopt accessibility design in their websites and mobile apps; to recognize the efforts and accomplishments of organizations that have adopted accessibility design in their websites and mobile apps; and to provide advisory support to help participating organizations make their websites and mobile apps accessible.
NewTrek Systems and NewTrek Bigdata Limited are most privileged to incorporate the accessibility design into our websites not only to facilitate our customers and different users, but also persons who are physically challenged and with special needs.
