NewTrek Systems Accredited with ISO 9001:2015 Certification
NewTrek is pleased to announce that “NewTrek Systems Limited has been assessed and certified as meeting the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 for the following activities: Provision of development and maintenance support for software and IT hardware solutions.”
Specifically, the NewTrek Quality Management System, the processes which we utilize to ensure the quality of the services and products we delivered to our customers, has been certified as ISO 9001-2015 compliant on 20 January, 2017 by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) through SGS Hong Kong Limited. |

The NewTrek Quality Management System (QMS) has been developed to implement the policies of:
- Providing the highest quality software and hardware solutions to our customers;
- Committed to comply with agreed clients’ requirements and relevant statutory requirements;
- Cultivating the quality awareness among NewTrek staff members through regular training; and
- Committed to continual improvement of service quality and the quality management system.
The NewTrek QMS, which is structured to comply with the international ISO 9001:2015 standard, covers the following procedures and requirements of NewTrek’s businesses: Leadership, Planning, Support, Operation, Performance Evaluation and Improvement.
