NewTrek was invited to present our Big Data solutions and Business Intelligence Services at the “Reinventing Customer Experience with Smart Technology” event organized by the Hong Kong Retail Management Association on 24-Oct-2018.
“Reinventing Customer Experience with Smart Technology” was an event for HKRMA members to learn from IT service providers on how information technologies and data analytics may help the retail industry to improve their operations and management processes as well as to enhance the opportunities to interact with consumers.
Mr. Samuel Poon, CTO of NewTrek Systems, was invited to present the growth strategy/tactics of a retail business through the application of Big Data Analytics to Social Media Informatics. Mr. Poon also shared his experiences in the different fields of Big Data solutions with over 50 attendees from 22 retail organizations.!
