  • Plan Execution Revision
  • (a) NewTrek will develop the reports with Jaspersoft Studio tool. Reviews the last DITP, with a view to seeing if there are remaining suggested IT improvement works that need to be followed-up;
  • (b) Reviews existing IT systems and provide recommendations for improvement opportunities -- along with sufficient budgeting information and implementation schedule;
  • Business Architecture Analysis
  • (c) Identify the internal and external environmental changes and assess their impact on the business objectives/plan;.

  • - Strategy on hardware, software, communication infrastructure, and related management, staffing, education and training;
  • - A performance management measurement, monitoring and review mechanism; and
  • - A proposed implementation plan.

  • a. To define the scope and requirements of FS;
  • b. To review and analyse the current (“As-is”) business processes, in particular those back-end operations and the future (“To-be”) business processes and to identify problem and improvement areas in the business processes;
  • c. To review the existing data flow/connection;
  • d. To study and analyse the business requirements;
  • e. To study and propose the data requirements and messaging formats;
  • f. To study and propose the technical and business options;
  • g. To review the current process;
  • h. To propose IT solutions to implement the reviewed future (“To-be”) business processes, allowing for the best use of appropriate IT solutions to streamline and facilitate business units to carry out the business processes;
  • i. To identify the viable technical solutions and recommend the most suitable one for implementation of the proposed system(s)/sub-system(s), and also the necessary system interfaces/connections;

  • k. To conduct PIA to identify any data privacy implications/issues of the system(s);
